Trout Lake Retreat is located in a beautiful setting, with 2 private suites available to rent nightly, or weekly. Both suites can sleep up to 6 adults. There are fully equipped kitchens with everything you could possibly need as well as a full bathroom and a washer and dryer. We even have a dry room for those wet clothes! We are here to accommodate your stay whether it is for relaxation or recreational play.
Trout Lake BC is 81KM South East of Revelstoke BC. The lake is roughly 16 miles long and over 800 feet deep (deeper than the height of the CN Tower!). Trout Lake community was formally Trout Lake City during the height of the mining days of the 1800s with a population of over 2000 however is now a small hamlet located between the Selkirk and Purcell Mountain ranges. Come experience a hidden gem with amazing untouched terrain, making it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts during all seasons!
Our lodge in Trout Lake accommodates up to 15 adults comfortably with 2 guests per room. Our base price is $200.00 per night based on 4 adults. Any additional friends or family is an extra $50.00 per night per person. Trout Lake is a place to relax and enjoy outdoors that includes snowmobiling, snowshoeing and in the summer hiking, kayaking or quadding just to name a few. You will find us in the small town of Nakusp, in the heart of British Columbia, in a newly constructed state of the art shop. With wood chips flying and sandpaper racing we create almost anything you can imagine, and we love a challenge.
Joseph Hughes started this company in 2012 because of his love for sculpting, finished woodworks and the carving capabilities of his CNC machine. Working from home means he is never far from his three young children and wife who usually come along on the road trips to deliver signs or attend trade shows. The Droid’s Chisel really is a family business.
Steve Likness is a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic and a licensed propane Gasfitter. In the spring of 1996, he established Arrow Refrigeration Services. He specializes in commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pumps.
His customers are primarily grocery and convenience stores, restaurants and hospitals.
His large service area covers businesses in Nakusp, Edgewood, Trout Lake and south through the communities of New Denver, Silverton, and Kaslo.
The Nakusp Municipal Campground is owned by the Village of Nakusp and is located in the heart of the Village, adjacent to the Community Park which includes the arena, ball-parks, soccer field and is 3 short blocks from the public beach.
There are 40 treed camping sites, including 10 with power services, plus 28 overflow campsites. The Campground has central washrooms with heated showers and a sani-dump.
