Christine is the creator, blender, artist and dreamer behind all of the teas and products we have to offer. Inspired by the earth and plants around us, and the ancient traditions which were used as prevention, maintenance and restoration, she began to learn the ancient art of herbalism and began on this journey. Once she started to introduce herbs, and learn about plants, she began to feel a deeper connection to earth and nature and bring balance into my own life by means of tea.
Her vision has always been to have herbs grown Locally and in Canada, with organic practices, as our main focus. Other ingredients are sourced from reputable suppliers who also work hard to achieve the same standards for quality and ethical farm practices that we do. We have great relation ships with all of our suppliers and we feel confident this shows in the quality of our tea.
‘Through New Moon Tea Co., I aim to share with you our hand crafted tea blends and invite you to join in on our clean, fair and healthy tea journey, one cup at a time.’

Applegrove Farmacy – ” Nourishing Body, Mind & Soul”
Applegrove Farmacy grew out of a desire to provide our children with healthy, nutrient-rich food free of chemicals and other additives, to teach them the value of hard work and where food comes from. We are dedicated to sustainable farming, offering apple cider vinegar, vegetable starts, bareroot trees, and value-added seasonal products that nourish the body, mind, and soul. Instead of relying on commercial compost and fertilizers, we create nutrient rich inputs using thermophilic compost from our animals’ manure, mealworm frass from our mealworm farm, and bat guano from a colony on our land. Rooted in organic and regenerative practices our goods support healthy, local living. Available for pre-order, at local markets and retailers, as well as from the farm gate, we help cultivate a connection to the land and a healthier tomorrow.
For information on our products, visit our website or send us an email. We are taking pre-orders for vegetable starts until February 28, 2025.
