The Nakusp & District Chamber of Commerce has also produced a series of trail brochures, titled “Trails of Nakusp”. The brochures provide trail descriptions and access information, GPS coordinates for key features, and detailed maps for ten of our region’s most popular trails.
The trails that were chosen for this series vary in their rating, distance and modes of use. Effort was also made to document areas that can be accessed at different times of the year.
The above brochures are in PDF format; double-sided printing is recommended, as the brochures are formatted to be folded in a quarter-fold style to easily fit in a pocket or backpack.
The Nakusp and Area Community Trails Society is a non-profit society which promotes and organizes healthy outdoor activities. The society develops and maintains many local hiking/biking trails in partnership with the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations.
