BC Transit Bus to Nakusp Hot Springs
Feb 19 @ 1:15 pm

The bus leaves Nakusp (Overwaitea) at 1:15, arriving at 1:35. It leaves the Hot Springs at 3:35, arriving back in Nakusp at 3:55, giving riders about 2 hours at the pools. The cost is $1.25 one way, or $2.50 round trip.
All bus riders will get the Winter Wednesday rate at the Hot Springs: $6/swim.

Be able to get up and down from floor independently. This is a slow and gentle class to learn modifications and accommodations to basic yoga as yoga postures. Our intention is to make yoga poses comfortable for those new to yoga or those with physical conditions that limit mobility/flexibility. Not a chair yoga class although chairs will be used for support as needed.

  • Classes prepaid @  $14/class with payment due first class
  • Wear loose fitting clothing & bring own blanket/mat please
  • If new to WISE YOGA please arrive early for first class to complete health survey

Don’t think you need to know everything about soccer to help out.  Minor Soccer is a low cost/volunteer coached sport that wants to see kids get outside and be active!  Helping can be getting equipment organized, helping with registration, getting coaches and teams organized.

Experience the power of conscious, intentional movement patterning for healing your nervous system.  Focus on the importance of the breath and body alignment for improving how we move, think, feel and live.

There are 2 x two hour classes – one or both can be registered for. Attending both is recommended for better improvements and more noticeable change in the body.  Please bring a yoga mat and two blankets.
