Start with a slow, easy sequence that will help calm your mind and smooth out the edges of your breath. Then switch over to some deeper stretches designed to soften your body, soothe your soul and suspend your spirit. You’ll feel like you’re defying gravity when you leave the studio.

We start with a gentle vinyasa to warm the body before moving into some juicy stretches designed to open the meridians of your body so you can softly unfold into complete relaxation.
Anything goes in this fun, flowy vinyasa class. It’s a real mixed bag of balancing postures, sun and moon salutations, inversions and peak poses that will all help to lengthen your hammies and open your heart.
All my classes are open to all levels from beginners up and mats are provided at the fire hall, just bring your towel and water.
Cost is $10 per class, with monthly unlimited memberships available. Please ask me about them.
