Designed to help you build both physical and mental resilience through proper alignment and depth. This class leans towards a slower pace with focus on powerful, intentional, and mindful movements which makes it accessible to beginners while still offering a challenge to experienced yogis. •level 2
Mats are provided at the fire hall, just bring your towel and water.
